Each bedroom also has an attached area for additional sleep space. The home is approximately 15,000 square feet and sits on 3 acres of land overlooking a 250,000 acre nature conservancy. The house has a helicopter landing zone and an airstrip. All walks and game drives led by a guide in the Shompole Conservancy are included with the rental of the home as well as private visits to the Maasai village. Guests will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and have the exclusive use of a 4x4 specialized vehicle. All laundry services are also provided. The house can be rented out on a weekly and pre-booked month on month basis. The exclusive rent of the property is $5,000 per night, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. All conservation fees are included in the rental cost.
